The Pool at Green Valley Ranch

Located at the magnificent Green Valley Ranch hotel and casino in Henderson, the Sandbar Grille offers a delightful experience by the poolside. Nestled within the stunning hotel property, this place perfectly complements the beauty of its surroundings, creating a fun and inviting atmosphere for guests and locals to enjoy. With its fabulous pool setup, the Sandbar Grille sits right at the heart of this aquatic paradise. The pool area boasts a range of amenities, including a spacious sand pool, smaller kiddy pools for the little ones, and luxurious cabanas that provide a private oasis for relaxation. The entire setting is adorned with lush greenery and vibrant flowers, creating a tropical ambiance that transports people to a tranquil getaway. We just went there for lunch this time. The restaurant welcomes both pool-goers, guests and locals who wish to savor a delightful meal in a picturesque setting. When it comes to the menu, they created a blend of fun and flavor. We tried the veggie wrap and club sandwich, both delicious. They also have a small but refreshing selection of cocktails cocktails. I ordered the strawberry skies comprised of grey goose essences strawberry & lemongrass, sparkling rosé, strawberry purée, and lemon; served frozen. Loved it Adding to the overall ambiance, they sets the mood with a fun curated music mix. The tunes create a lively and energetic atmosphere. Overall this place is a fun and yummy space to have a casual lunch while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

NEW Pool furniture! The pool has been renovated. Locals, this year, it's $30 per adult and $10 per child for pool access. "The District" residents, it's no longer free access. You have to pay the above local prices for access. If you're looking for a pool for locals at a decent price, try the "M" casino. $10 for locals, and the pool is big and usually moderately empty on the weekdays.

Pool and atmosphere/service/workers EXCELLENT. I still don’t understand why parents bring their kids to casinos/pools with bars. It’s absolutely weird and the kids splashing & trashy parents are soooo annoying. Must be a local weirdo Henderson thing. 👎🏻Never saw so many kids at a casino pool in my life. Like who brings kids where theres adults drinking and partying. YUCK. I’ll stick to Red Rock which is way more classy/upscale atmosphere.
